Kerry's Office Confirms He Wants to Filibuster

BREAKING: I just spoke with Kerry's office. They confirmed he IS considering a filibuster and is trying to round up as many votes as possible against cloture. They could not tell me who the holdouts are but urged people to call their Senators in general.
