 It rained here during the night . . .
and the morning air smells like heaven :)

Going to yard sales and thrift stores

can be so much fun . . .

especially when you find treasures:)

This dresser scarf was "Free".

How's that for a bargain?

It's hand embroidered and hand crocheted:)

Free again.

What you need to know is that they were

covered in rusty stains,

but I managed to get them out:)

I love the edging on this one.

It reminds me of my Mamma; she loved

crocheting with variegated threads. 

Okay, I finally had to put out some money.

I bought this hand-quilted Log Cabin 

quilt for $20. 

I looks so pretty in my pink bedroom:)

 I could not believe the $20 price tag . . .

but didn't hesitate adding it to my shopping cart.

I may go thrifting for another year or more,

and never find another score like this.
